There are some moments in life that deserve to be remembered forever, and finding out you're expecting a baby is certainly one of them.
I recently had the honor of photographing one of those moments for my brother and sister-in-law before they set off on a cruise together. It was the perfect beginning to an exciting new adventure. Celebrating not only a vacation, but the newest member of our family.
Standing along the beach in Hyannis, Massachusetts, they shared the sweetest smiles as they held their ultrasound photos and soaked in the excitement of everything to come. Knowing that I'll soon become an aunt made documenting these memories even more meaningful.

Beautiful Photos Aren't About Perfect Conditions
There was just one catch, we had less than five minutes before they needed to board their dinner cruise.
The afternoon sun was bright, the timeline was tight, and there wasn't much room for error. But sometimes those unexpected circumstances become part of the story.
